A Special Memorial Blankie, Ruth

The Story of Ruth & Jenna

There was once a precious baby girl, Ruth, who at just three weeks old was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus in September 2025. We are blessed to know her mother, Jenna, a nurse on Meadville Medical Center’s New Life Unit. When we looked for a way to comfort families experiencing loss at MMC, God led us to her. Jenna had already been carrying a burden of compassion, pouring care and love into others. It feels unmistakably divine that our paths crossed (Jesus we love you!!). Noah’s Voice and Jenna are hand-in-hand to turn pain into purpose and to guide those walking the path of grief toward a path of healing.

Collaborating with Noah's Voice, Jenna chose a special fabric for blankies that will be handcrafted with love and prayer to be given to those who suffer loss at the Meadville Medical Center.

While Ruth's time on earth was brief, her life continues to be a testimony of God's love and faithfulness. Through these blankies, her memory will bring comfort, warmth, and encouragement to families in need.

We pray that each blankie made from this fabric will be a tangible expression of Christ's love and care for the families who receive them.

“Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 19:14
